We stand behind every bottle we ship. If something is wrong, we will make it right simply and quickly.
Overview
At The GoodSage, we take full responsibility for the quality of every order we dispatch. Our Vitamin D3 Nano Shots are manufactured in a WHO-GMP and FSSAI-licensed facility and pass third-party quality testing before leaving our warehouse. However, if a product reaches you in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, we will resolve it promptly.
This policy applies to all purchases made directly on thegoodsage.in.
Return Eligibility
A return or replacement request will be accepted under the following circumstances, provided it is raised within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items and within 7 days for other valid reasons listed below.

- Product damaged or broken in transit
- Seal tampered or broken upon arrival
- Wrong product or variant delivered
- Product expired at time of delivery
- Manufacturing defect (leaking vial, discolouration)
- Missing item in a multi-pack order
✕ Not Accepted
- Change of mind after delivery
- Product already opened and partially used
- Taste or flavour preference
- Request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused by improper storage by customer
- No unboxing video or proof provided for damage claims
How to Initiate a Return
The return process is straightforward. Follow the steps below and our team will respond within one business day.

Email us within the eligible window
Write to goodhealth@thegoodsage.in with the subject line: "Return Request — Order #[your order ID]"

Include the required details
Your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Wait for our confirmation
Our team will verify your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with an approval or a request for additional details.

Return pickup (if applicable)
For approved returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you. Do not ship the product back without our written confirmation.

Refund or replacement processed
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be initiated within 2–3 business days.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is approved and the product has been received and inspected by our team, refunds are processed as follows:
Return request approved
You receive a written confirmation from our team within 1–2 business days of your email.
Product picked up & received
Reverse logistics arranged by us. Inspection completed upon receipt at our facility.
Refund initiated
Refund credited to the original payment method — UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet.
Amount reflected in your account
Bank processing times vary. UPI/wallets reflect in 1–2 business days; cards may take up to 5–7 business days as per your bank's policy.
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, we are happy to ship a fresh product to you at no additional charge, subject to eligibility and stock availability. Replacements follow the same verification process as returns and are dispatched within 2 business days of approval.
In cases where the product variant is out of stock, we will offer you the option of an equivalent product or a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, write to goodhealth@thegoodsage.in immediately with your order number. If your order has already been picked up by our logistics partner, cancellation will not be possible and the standard return process will apply upon delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.
Governing Law & Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. In the event of a dispute, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This policy is intended to be fair and consistent with applicable Indian consumer protection regulations.
The GoodSage reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction.
